Adam was simply awesome to deal with. I called a couple other dealers and got voicemails but Adam pickup up the phone right away and helped me select a perfect hot tub over the phone. He even helped me secure a crane for delivery as it needed to be hoisted onto a deck on a slope and was able to get me a delivery date that was perfect for my schedule. Even after it was delivered, I has a slight issue trying to figure something out and he took the time to help on a Saturday while the service department was not available. I would highly recommend Adam and Outdoor Living.
